Warranty/ Return Policy

DEL FIRE STORE desires to provide you with the highest quality products made in the USA. Our motto “Quality & Service Matter” shows our commitment to serving you to the best of our ability. Because we are human, it is possible for us to make an error with your order. Please follow instructions below so that we may resolve any issues as quickly as possible:

ORDER INCOMPLETE

  1. Contact DEL FIRE STORE as soon as possible via email or phone.
  2. Include Original Order Number and Shipping Address.
  3. Missing Items will be shipped immediately once we have verified the original order.

RECEIVED WRONG ITEM

  1. Contact DEL FIRE STORE via email or phone within 10 days of order receipt.
  2. Include Original Order Number and Shipping Address.
  3. Original items need to be returned to DEL FIRE STORE.
  4. A Prepaid UPS Ground label will be emailed to you to return the item
  5. Once the order has been received back at our warehouse, and verified to be in the same, new condition, new items will be shipped to you at no cost. Used items are not returnable and will be returned to you.

RECEIVED DEFECT ITEM/ WARRANTY

  1. All products on the DEL FIRE STORE site have a manufacturer’s commitment to be free from defect upon arrival and a 30day warranty. If you receive a product with a defect, contact DEL FIRE STORE via email or phone within 10 days of order receipt.
  2. Include Original Order Number and Shipping Address.
  3. Original items need to be returned to DEL FIRE STORE
  4. A Prepaid Fedex/UPS Ground label will be emailed to you to return the item
  5. Once the order has been received back at our warehouse, and verified to be in the same, new condition, we will forward it to the manufacturer for evaluation.
  6. Used items or customer-damaged items are not returnable and will be returned to you.
  7. Repair or replacement will be at the manufacturer’s discretion, and manufacturer is responsible to ship you a new or repaired item at no cost to you.

RETURNS / CREDITS

  1. Contact DEL FIRE STORE via email or phone within 10 days of order receipt.
  2. Include Original Order Number and Shipping Address.
  3. Standard stock items may be returned for credit.
  4. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
  5. DEL FIRE STORE will provide you with a Returned Merchandise Authorization number which must appear on the outside of the Return package for credit.
  6. Once the returned item has arrived back to our warehouse and verified to be in the same, new condition, a credit will be issued to you within 5 days of our receipt of the original item.
  7. Credit includes full refund for the cost of the product. Shipping charges are not credited.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Clearance Items, All custom or personalized items including products with custom titles, imprint or embroidery.
*ANY CHANGE TO THE ABOVE TERMS & CONDITIONS REQUIRES AUTHORIZATION FROM DEL FIRE STORE

DAMAGED SHIPMENT

  1. If your package arrives in a damaged condition, please refuse the package to the delivery driver if possible.
  2. If the package has been delivered, contact DEL FIRE STORE immediately via email or phone as FedEx/UPS Ground policies will be applicable. Photos of the damaged carton and product may be required to submit to Shipping Company.
  3. Include Original Order Number and Shipping Address when contacting DEL FIRE STORE
  4. You will be given instructions by DEL FIRE STORE on returning the package or submitting photos of damage for credit.

Shipping

Shipping Policy

Fedex Ground Delivery is our preferred method of shipping as it will automatically provide you with shipping notices and tracking number for your order. FedEx Ground delivery requires a physical street address, not a PO Box.

Very small items may be shipped US Mail.

Alternate methods, including UPS Ground can be used, if requested. Contact us by mail or phone with your order instructions.
Standard stock items typically ship directly from the manufacturer within 1-3 business days. Custom items may take 1-2 weeks.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY

If you need your package sooner than standard FedEx Ground delivery, please contact us for Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day delivery options from FedEx. All shipping methods (FedEx, UPS, US Mail) charge higher rates for expedited packages. We will be able to provide you a shipping quote via phone or email.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES

Shipping and Handling Rates are based on your US zip code using Fed Ex Database for Commercial or Residential Deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Orders shipping to an international address need to be placed by phone or email as distinct shipping rates apply. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties or additional shipping charges.


OPEN ACCOUNT TERMS

The DEL FIRE STORE website is set up to process credit card payments, specifically VISA, Mastercard and Discover, at this time. This is the most efficient and economical online method of transactions that allow us to provide the highest quality products at such reasonable prices.

However our business has long catered to Fire Departments, EMS, Safety, Natural Gas and other organizations that establish Net 30 Open Account terms.

DEL FIRE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PURCHASE ORDERS:

  • There is no fee for custom printed titles on products that include titles.
  • There is no minimum order requirement.
  • Purchase Orders (POs) should be emailed to: delfirestore@tds.net
  • A reply order acknowledgment will be provided.
  • All Purchase Orders must include: PO Number, Billing address, Shipping address, Item Number, Description, Quantity, Color, and accurate pricing. If shipping deadline is required, please note this on PO.

All orders without a Purchase Order Number must be processed via Credit Card.

PAYMENT: Net 30 Days from the date of shipment; F.O.B. Loganton, PA.

SHIPPING: Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise specified. Customer’s specific shipping requests honored when feasible.

LATE CHARGES: Past due invoices generate late fees and may jeopardize Open Net 30 Terms.

RETURNS: All claims for returned goods must be made within 30 days of shipment. A restocking fee of 20% may apply. Returns require authorization and an RA number. Freight charges will not be credited. Custom products cannot be returned for credit.

SAMPLE REQUESTS: Sample requests are billed at the unit price. Samples of stock items may be returned in new condition within 30 days for credit on the product. Shipping charges are paid by the customer.

DISCOUNTS: Discounts are provided based upon quantity of purchase order. Additional discounts may be available, and/or stocking agreements, however these are handled on an individual request basis.
